Features
Flexizone has got springs with one wire guage in three different pre-tensions. Each pre-tension makes you the opportunity to compose a bed entirely according to your own zone philosophy. You design the number of zones, distributing where soft and firm zones for support and relief should be located. We recomend odd number of zones to make the bed turnable.
The highly pre-tensioned springs take care of the parts that require a bit more stability to provide back support through the mid section of the spring travel. Medium pre-tension is placed as a transition to zones with lower pre-tension, providing a soft and pleasant experience.
Models and Options
FlexiZone can be customized, and you have a nearly endless amount of options to determine how your bed will feel. In the standard variant, we use three pre-tensions distributed across three, five, or seven zones. Naturally you can customise to your own taste, heights, turns, and wire thicknesses in order to get the feel you and your brand is looking for.
