By utilizing a high preload, the spring can effectively support a really soft top layer. This results in a luxurious sensation, creating one of the most comfortable surfaces to sleep on. ActiveZone can be customized with a thinner wire, offering a very responsive spring movement while maintaining excellent support.

Whether you are tall or short, narrow or wide, no matter how or where you sleep in the bed, you receive the same support and relief—all within a single zone: ActiveZone.

Models and Options
ActiveZone comes in two basic variants, and from there, you have several customization options. The choice of wire dimension and the number of turns plays a significant role in determining how your bed will feel. Our product experts will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect combination.

The standard option is available in a wide variety of heights, turns, and wire thicknesses, allowing you to create beds with diverse comfort levels.

Chess ActiveZone
If you prefer a slightly softer initial feel, you can opt for Chess ActiveZone, which has two different spring heights in the same core, providing a softer initial sensation.
