The design of traditional pocket causes peaks of surplus non-woven textile. These peaks lift up the polyether, and the result is a gap between the two components. After only a few days of usage, the peaks of the traditional pocket spring has collapsed. This collapse results in a visible depression in the bed surface. This is one of the most common problems within the bedding industry. To avoid these problems, Starsprings has developed S-surface.
